We at DeVal firmly believe in the importance of mentorship and partnership, so when we had an opportunity to mentor a Burlington County Institute of Technology student, we made sure to seize it!
Today we had Andrew, a sophomore at BCIT, work alongside our star welder Derrick in order to get some hands-on experience and technical skills. Andrew hopes to pursue a career in underwater welding, and so we were glad to be able to help him pick up some of the techniques and skills he will have to hone over the next few years in order to do so.
We cherish the opportunities we get to aid in the stewardship of young leaders such as Andrew through our hiring, internships and mentorships. We encourage future leaders like Andrew to reach out to us and see what opportunities may await them at DeVal!
We're so excited to see all that Andrew achieves in the future!
