The series gives team members a chance to share their work, their perspective, and a little of their personality. It connects the celebration of America’s founding to the people supporting American manufacturing and the defense industrial base today.

The work done at DeVal is hands-on, skilled, and purpose-driven. It takes training, teamwork, pride, and care. It also takes people who understand that what they make, inspect, assemble, repair, and support has a larger purpose.
Our team represents the strength of American manufacturing and the importance of creating opportunity through meaningful work.
Our America 250 celebration brought our teams together with family and friends for an afternoon of food, laughter, and fun.
In the spirit of community and service, members of our leadership team volunteered to take a turn in the dunk tank to help raise money for school supplies for children in need. Every throw brought cheers, laughter, and support for a greater cause.
It was a celebration of country, company, family, and community.
It also reflected something important about DeVal: service is part of who we are. It shows up in the work we do, the people we invest in, and the way our team shows up for one another.
America’s 250th anniversary is a moment to honor the past and look toward the future.
